Hello! My name is Annie and I am a local artist here in Forest Grove Oregon. Art has always been a huge part of my life, and you will always find me doing something creative.

I have spent a majority of my life involved in a variety of mediums, however, I discovered my true love for painting in 2020 during lock-down.

You must have a valid government issued photo ID that contains both your legal name and date of birth. Acceptable government ID’s include: Drivers License, Oregon Real ID & passport. (In accordance with Oregon Law you must be 18 years or older to be tattooed regardless of parent/guardian consent.)

A deposit ($20) will be required to book you in. Please only book if you are ready to pay this.

The deposit is non-refundable but will come off the cost on the day of your appointment.

My current rate is $20 an hour
Rates are subject to change at any time. This form will be updated when such changes are made.
Payment methods accepted: cash, card, venmo, paypal, cashapp and applepay. 
When leaving a tip; cash is preferred.
 
If you are pregnant, I will not tattoo you.
Touch Up Policy:  Necessary touch ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if done within 6 months of the tattoo. Touch ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed. Touch ups due to client failure or negligence to follow aftercare procedures are NOT free and will be charged the same rate as a new tattoo. Healing results of a tattoo on the HEAD, FACE, FEET, OR HANDS (INCLUDING FINGERS) cannot be guaranteed and will not be eligible for free touch ups.

After getting a tattoo, the outer layer of skin (the part you can see) will typically heal within 2 to 3 weeks. While it may look and feel healed, and you may be tempted to slow down on the aftercare, it can take as long as 6 months for the skin below a tattoo to truly heal.

Skin around larger tattoos takes longer to recover. Certain factors, like picking at the scabs, not moisturizing, forgoing SPF, or using a lotion with alcohol may slow the process.
